Bayside Realty Partners seeks to acquire parcels of undeveloped land that present unique development potential as well as existing commercial and residential projects in New England. We will however consider compelling opportunities in other areas of the country. We prefer projects that show upside potential through renovations, expansions and ground up development. The following are the types of properties we consider:
